I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Beijing International Hotel. On the positive side, the location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby landmarks like Tiananmen Square. The room was comfortable, though a bit dated. However, I encountered significant issues with staff service, as many were not fluent in English and were unhelpful when I had inquiries. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, the service left much to be desired.

My room was generally clean and comfortable, but it felt somewhat dated and could use a renovation.

I found the staff to be quite rude and often unresponsive to my requests, which was disappointing. However, one staff member in the club lounge, Ms. Karina, stood out for her helpfulness.

The location was probably the best in town, conveniently close to major attractions and shopping areas.

The buffet breakfast had limited choices but was complemented by fresh, delicious fruits. Dining experiences varied; the self-service cafe was enjoyable, while the revolving restaurant was less impressive.
Facilities

Facilities include room service and laundry, but I found the dining options to be quite expensive and lacking in variety.

I had a somewhat mixed experience at the Beijing International Hotel. While the location is fantastic, close to major attractions like Tiananmen Square, the service left much to be desired. I encountered issues with the dining experience, especially with miscommunication regarding payments and the standard of food at the revolving restaurant. Overall, my stay was comfortable but there are significant areas that need improvement.

The location was excellent, being in the heart of the financial district and in close proximity to key tourist sites. Transport connections were also very convenient.

Dining was a letdown. The breakfast selection was fine, but the buffet options were limited. The service was confusing, especially at the revolving restaurant where I had a frustrating experience with the billing.

My stay at the Beijing International Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, placing me within walking distance to key attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. However, I faced some issues with cleanliness and the staff's English proficiency. Nonetheless, the breakfast options were impressive and quite satisfying.

My stay at the Beijing International Hotel had its highs and lows. The location was great for accessing public transport and nearby attractions, but the service and dining options left much to be desired. While I enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, the dated decor and cleanliness were a concern. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not without significant issues.

Rooms

I had a pleasant stay at Beijing International Hotel, especially enjoying the convenient location near the subway and key attractions like Tiananmen Square. While the hotel is undergoing renovations and some areas feel dated, the comfortable bed and the amazing pool were highlights of my visit. However, I did find the staff's English proficiency lacking, which made communication difficult at times.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, but a bit dated and dark. The view of the courtyard garden was lovely. I did appreciate having amenities like a tea/coffee maker and a small fridge.
Service

The staff was generally friendly, but their limited English skills made it challenging to get assistance when needed. At times, they seemed more focused on personal interactions rather than helping guests.
Location

The hotel's location is great, being just a block away from the Beijing Railway Station and close to the subway. It's also within walking distance to major attractions, which I appreciated during my stay.
Dining

Dining options at the hotel were solid, with a good breakfast buffet featuring a mix of Chinese and western dishes. The revolving restaurant was a unique experience and the room service was decent, though the menu was somewhat limited.
